Moderne wasmachines werken heel zuinig met
lage waterniveaus. Was- en spoelresultaat zijn
desondanks uitstekend.

In de trommel is geen water te
zien:

l De machine start niet:
l De machine neemt geen water
op:

Staat de waterkraan open? (E10)
l
Geeft de kraan water? (E10)
Probeert u dat even uit.
l
Toevoerslang bekneld of geknikt geraakt? (E10)
l
Toevoerfilter verstopt? (E10)
l
Vuldeur goed gesloten? (E40)
l De machine neemt wel water op,
maar dat stroomt er door de
afvoer weer uit:
l
Het uitstroomeind van de afvoerslang bevindt
zich op een te laag punt, ten opzichte van de
vloer waarop de machine staat. Raadpleeg het
betreffende hoofdstuk.
l De machine pompt niet af en/of
centrifugeert niet:
l
Afvoerslang bekneld of geknikt geraakt? (E20)
l
Programma met spoelstop of niet centrifugeren-
functie gekozen?
l
Afvoerfilter verstopt? (E20)
l Er ligt water op de vloer:
l
Teveel wasmiddel gebruikt?
l
Wasmiddel is ongeschikt omdat het teveel
schuimt? Teveel schuim veroorzaakt lekkage.
l
Een van de toevoerslangwartels lekt? U ziet
nauwelijks dat er water langs de slang loopt;
voelt u dus even of de slang nat is.
l
Is de wasmiddellade schoon?
Ga, alvorens de Servicedienst in te schakelen, eerst even na of u de storing zelf kunt verhelpen.
Tijdens de werking van de machine kan het ALARM controlelampje, het lampje van de Start/Pauze-toets en
een van de volgende lampjes/alarmecodes gaan knipperen:
E10 + SPOELSTOP: Storing tijdens de watertoevoer
E20 + SPOELEN: Storing bij de waterafvoer
E40 + HOODFWAS: Deur open
Nadat u eventuele oorzaken verwijderd heeft, drukt u op de START/PAUZE-toets om het onderbroken
programma te hervatten. Indien de storing niet opgeheven kan worden, contact opnemen met het
servicecentrum.
l De machine dreunt of is erg
luidruchtig:
l
Zijn alle transportbeveiligingen verwijderd?
l
Leunt de machine ergens tegenaan?
l
Staan alle stelvoeten stevig op de vloer?
l
Wasgoed niet goed verdeeld in de trommel?
l
Is de vuldeur goed gesloten? (E40)
l
Is de betreffende groepzekering heel?
l
Is de START/PAUZE-toets ingedrukt?
l
Hebt u de starttijdkeuze ingesteld?
l
Is de programmakiezer juist ingesteld?
l
Staat de waterkraan open? (E10)
