4.4 Aansluiten van de IR Module
1. Sluit de geïnstalleerde IR Verlengkabels (met de 3 IR LED’s) aan op “IR OUT”
aansluiting van de IR Module.
2. Sluit de geïnstalleerde IR Ontvangerkabel aan op “IR IN” aansluiting van de
IR Module.
3. Sluit de USB voedingsadapter aan op de "POWER" aansluiting van de IR Module en
plug deze in een stopcontact.
4. Als de Invisible Control6™ juist is aangesloten dan knippert het lampje op de IR
Module als u een knop van de (infrarood) afstandsbediening in drukt en deze op de
IR Ontvanger richt.
5. Sluit de deurtjes van uw kastje en voorkom dat de A/V apparatuur ook direct van
de afstandsbediening een infrarood commando kunnen ontvangen, dit kan
namelijk tot bedieningsproblemen leiden.
6. U kunt nu uw A/V apparatuur bedienen via de Invisible Control6™ door gesloten
kast deurtjes heen!
5. VEEL GESTELDE VRAGEN
De A/V apparatuur reageert niet op signalen van mijn afstandsbedieningen.
Neem de volgende aanwijzingen in acht:
• De IR Ontvanger heeft een ontvangstgevoeligheid van ongeveer 10 meter bij een
openingshoek van 60 graden. Bereik is ook afhankelijk van de gebruikte
afstandsbediening.
• Indien het lampje op de IR Module continue brandt wordt de IR Ontvanger
mogelijk verstoord door een infrarood stoorsignaal. Probeer de IR Ontvanger
zodanig te plaatsen dat deze zo min mogelijk last heeft van mogelijke
storingsbronnen zoals direct invallend zonlicht, Flat Screen TV’s (LCD, Plasma, LED),
TL verlichting of spaarlampen.
• De IR Ontvanger werkt niet samen met sommige A/V apparaten en modellen die
gebruik maken van hogere IR frequenties zoals bv. Bang&Olufsen (B&O).
• Zorg ervoor dat de IR ontvanger en de IR verlengkabel op de juiste manier zijn
aangesloten en dat deze volledig ingeplugd zijn.
• Zorg ervoor dat de LED’s van de IR verlengkabel precies op de infrarood sensor van
het A/V apparaat geplakt zijn, dit komt zeer precies. De exacte positie kunt u
eenvoudig vinden door er met een zaklamp op te schijnen.
