9. VEEL GESTELDE VRAGEN
Handset en buitenunit kunnen niet communiceren
• De ID code is niet goed ingesteld. Voer opnieuw de aanmeldprocedure uit.
• De kanalen zijn niet goed ingesteld. Zet de handset en buitenunit op het zelfde kanaal, en
voer de aanmeldprocedure opnieuw uit.
• De batterijen zijn zwak of leeg. Vervang deze en/of laad de handset op.
• De gele aanmeldingsschakelaar (7) in de buitenunit staat nog op “Pairing”. Voer de
aanmeldprocedure opnieuw uit en zet de schakelaar in de “Normal” stand.
Bereik wordt minder
• Er bevinden zich veel storingsbronnen (bv. stalen constructies) tussen de handset en
buitenunit. Verplaats de handset voor een betere ontvangst.
• De batterijen zijn zwak of leeg. Vervang deze en/of laad de handset op.
Buiten bereik indicatie is altijd aan
• U heeft geen spanning op de buitenunit. Vervang de batterijen of controleer de
voedingsadapter van de buitenunit.
• De achterdeur aan/uit keuzeschakelaar (21) staat in de “ON-positie”. Zet de schakelaar op
“OFF”.
De elektrische deuropener functioneert niet
• De deuropener aan/uit schakelaar (20) staat in de “OFF-positie”. Zet de schakelaar op
“ON”.
• U heeft geen voedingsadapter gebruikt voor de buitenunit. Sluit de voedingsadapter aan.
• Verkeerde aansluiting op de aansluitklemmen. Controleer de aansluiting.
De elektrische deuropener functioneert soms wel, soms niet.
• Als u de elektrische deuropener bedient, ziet u in het display naast de batterij indicatie het
symbool van een gesloten deur. Wacht altijd met ophangen, totdat u ziet dat dit symbool
veranderd is in een geopende deur.
De intercomfunctie werkt niet
• De ID code is niet goed gekloond naar de andere handsets. Voer de kloonprocedure
opnieuw uit.
• De accu is (bijna) leeg. Laad de accu van de handset op.
• De verschillende handsets staan ingesteld op een ander kanaal. Zet de handsets op hetzelfde
kanaal en voer de kloonprocedure opnieuw uit.
