Skracanie ci´g∏a Bowdena: (jeÊli konieczne)

Ustaliç dok∏adnà d∏ugoÊç przy otwartej bramie.

Zdjàç tulejk´ z pancerza ci´g∏a Bowdena. Cofnàç link´ i rozciàç pancerz zewn´trzny

w odpowiednim miejscu. Ponownie nasunàç tulejk´. Nasadziç z∏àczk´ gwintowà na link´ stalowà

i skróciç koƒcówk´ o ok. 50 mm.

Porada:

Przed rozci´ciem owinàç link´ stalowà taÊmà izolacyjnà, aby zapobiec rozpleceniu liny.

Po zakoƒczeniu monta˝u i kontroli dzia∏ania nale˝y zamek zablokowaç. W przypadku koniecznoÊci

awaryjnego odblokowania nale˝y najpierw odblokowaç zamek bramy. Po przeprowadzeniu

odblokowywania awaryjnego nale˝y wykonaç rozruch próbny w celu sprawdzenia, czy brama

przesuwa si´ motorycznie.

Zasuwa (rys. 1a / po∏o˝enie B), dêwignia metalowa (rys. 1b / po∏o˝enie B) oraz element Êlizgowy

rozdzielczy (rys. 1d / po∏o˝enie B) saƒ prowadzàcych muszà ponownie znaleêç si´ w swoich

tylnych po∏o˝eniach roboczych.

Czerwony ko∏ek odblokowujàcy (rys. 1C / po∏o˝enie G) p∏askich saƒ prowadzàcych

nale˝y przesunàç r´cznie w kierunku oznaczonym strza∏kà.

Symbole umieszczone na spodniej stronie saƒ prowadzàcych (piktogramy) przedstawiajà aktualny

stan zgodnie z przedstawionym rysunkiem:
