Voor 4 - 8 personen
500 ml volle melk
40 g suiker
500 g bloem
1 theel zout
1 theel kaneel
1 zakje instant gist (7 g)
2 eieren
Poedersuiker
Frituurolie
Voorbereiding: 35 minuten + 40 minuten rijzen
Baktijd: 4 minuten per portie
Verwarm de melk met de suiker tot 40°C. Meng in
een grote kom bloem met zout, kaneel en gist. Roer de
warme melk met een garde door de bloem. Voeg één
voor één de eieren toe en blijf roeren tot alle klontjes
zijn opgelost. Dek de kom af met folie en zet 40 minuten
op een warme plek.
Verhit de friteuse tot 180°C.
Neem twee grote lepels. Vorm een bol tussen de lepels
en laat deze voorzichtig in de friteuse vallen. Bak de
oliebollen in kleine hoeveelheden, draai de oliebollen
na 2 minuten om en bak ze nog eens 2 minuten tot ze
aan beide kanten goudbruin zijn.
Serveer de oliebollen warm met voldoende poedersuiker.
Varieer met rozijnen, krenten, stukjes appel of
gedroogd fruit.
