Koppelen is niet gelukt.- Check of de Bluetooth op de smartphone of tablet geactiveerd is.
- Check of de machine werkt in combinatie met het apparaat
(zie pagina 114).
- Zorg dat de smartphone of tablet naast de machine is
geplaatst tijdens het koppelen.
- Zorg ervoor dat er geen magnetron aan staat dicht bij de
machine tijdens het koppelen.
Wanneer u uw machine wilt ontkoppelen
via de App:
- Ga in de App naar "Naam", klik op "Machine status", klik daarna op "Ontkoppel deze
machine".
- Klik op "Ontkoppel deze machine" ter bevestiging van de ontkoppeling.
- Waarschuwing: Wanneer u de machine heeft ontkoppeld
zullen de fabrieksinstellingen hersteld worden en zullen
alle instellingen en specificaties verloren gaan.
Wanneer u de machine wilt ontkoppelen
via de machine:
- Druk tegelijkertijd op de ristretto- en de lungotoets en verwijder de stekker uit het
stopcontact.
- Let op: deze actie zal de Bluetooth
®
functie van de
machine deactiveren.
Wanneer u de Bluetooth
®
functie van uw
machine wilt heractiveren, via de machine:
- Herstel dan de fabrieksinstellingen. Zie sectie "Herstel fabrieksinstellingen".
De lampjes op de kopselectietoetsen
branden niet.
- De machine is automatisch uit gegaan. Zie sectie "Energiebesparingsmodus".- Controleer de netspanning: stekker, voltage, zekering.
Geen koffie, geen water, vreemde
doorstroming van koffie.
- Controleer of het waterreservoir juist is aangebracht, of wanneer deze leeg is vul dan
met drinkwater.
- Ontkalk de machine zonodig.
Koffie is niet warm genoeg.- Verwarm de kopjes voor. - Ontkalk de machine zonodig.
De slider sluit niet helemaal of de machine
begint niet met de bereiding.
- Leeg het capsulereservoir.- Controleer of er geen capsule vastzit in de machine.
(Let op: plaats uw vinger niet in de machine).
Lekkage (water onder de machine).- Leeg de lekbak .- Als het probleem aanhoudt, belt u de Nespresso Club.
Onderhoudslampje brandt.- Leeg het capsule-opvangbakje en controleer of hier geen capsule in vastzit.- Controleer of het waterreservoir gevuld is. Zoniet, vul het
dan met drinkwater.
- Als het probleem aanhoudt, belt u de Nespresso Club.
Nespresso lampje brandt.- Dit betekent dat uw koffiecapsulevoorraad op is. U kunt nieuwe koffiecapsules
bestellen via de App of de Nespresso website.
De 3 koffietoetsen knipperen onregelmatig.- Verlaat de ontkalkingsprocedure, druk tegelijkertijd de 3 koffietoetsen 6 seconden in
tot u een kort geluid hoort ter bevestiging.
- Als het probleem aanhoudt, belt u de Nespresso Club, of
check de App voor meer informatie.
Water of koffie blijft stromen, zelfs
wanneer ik een koffietoets indruk.
- Duw de slider voorzichtig naar achteren tot de machine stopt met stromen.
Er stroomt geen koffie, water stroomt
direct in het lekbakje (terwijl er een
koffiecapsule is geplaatst).
- Sluit de slider en check of deze goed gesloten is.- Als het probleem aanhoudt, belt u de Nespresso Club.
Machine schakelt uit.- Om energie te besparen, schakelt de machine 9 minuten na gebruik vanzelf uit.

- Druk op een van de koffietoetsen of open de slider om de
