01. In die mit dem Metallmesser versehene Schüssel die Minze und den Koriander
geben und das Gerät ein paar Sekunden laufen lassen.
02. Die Zwiebel schälen und in Stücke schneiden. Ebenfalls in die Schüssel geben und
fünfmal die PULSE-Taste betätigen.
03. Das Fleisch in große Stücke schneiden und in die Schüssel geben. Das Gerät 20
Sek. laufen lassen, das Fleisch muss gehackt, nicht püriert sein. Das Olivenöl, die
Zwiebel, die Kräuter und die Gewürze hinzugeben. Salzen und pfeffern. Zweimal
die PULSE-Taste betätigen.
04. Mit der Hand Fleischklößchen formen und auf Spieße stecken (etwa 4 Klößchen
pro Spieß). Im Ofen, auf dem Grill oder in einer Pfanne mit Antihaftbeschichtung
grillen.
05. Etwa 10 Min. garen. Den Garvorgang überwachen.
Tipp vom Küchenchef: Mit Salzkartoffeln, Kartoffelpüree oder Bulgur servieren.
