15. GARANTIEBEPALING
Deze pagina is uw garantiekaart.
De garantie geldt enkel en alleen voor gebreken die een gevolg zijn van fouten in de
constructie van uw haard, of voor deze constructie gebruikte materialen en onder-
delen.
M-Design biedt u een garantie van twaalf maanden op alle electronicaonderdelen.
Op de constructie van het toestel geldt een garantieduur van 8 jaar.
Opgepast: Buiten garantie vallen in ieder geval:
-Glas, ruiten, dichtingen en het decoratieve interieur.
-Gebreken die geheel of gedeeltelijk het gevolg zijn van
• het niet in acht nemen van deze bundel met installatie-, bedienings- en
onderhoudsvoorschriften
• montage / installatie of reparatie door derden, waaronder inbegrepen de
koper
• in de schouwmantel optredende hie barsten
• zich na verhiing in het ijzer voordoende verkleuringen
• indien er buiten ons weten om, eender welke wijzigingen aan de toestel
zijn aangebracht
• als dit garantiebewijs samen met het originele en gedateerde aankoop
bewijs niet kan voorgelegd worden, evenals wanneer er blijkbaar met de
gegevens op dit aankoopbewijs werd gemanipuleerd (datum schrappen,
onleesbaar maken, veranderen etc.)
Wanneer u aanspraak wilt maken op de fabrieksgarantie dient u eerst contact op te
nemen met uw dealer. Bewaar daarom zorgvuldig de factuur bij dit garantiebewijs.
15. GARANTIE
Cee page est votre carte de garantie.
La garantie est valable uniquement pour les défauts, consécutifs à des vices de con-
struction ou de pièces utilisées pour la construction du foyer.
M-Design ore une garantie de 12 mois sur toutes les pièces électroniques et une
garantie de 8 ans sur la construction du foyer.
Aention : Sont toujours exclus de la garantie :
- Le verre, la porte, les joints et la décoration intérieure.
- Les défauts qui surviennent ou sont totalement ou partiellement la conséquence :
• Du non respect des prescriptions d’installations, de commande et
d’entretien
• Du montage, de l’installation ou de la réparation par des tiers, y compris
l’acheteur
• Des ssures de chaleur qui surviennent normalement dans le manteau
• Dans le cas des changements faites au foyer sans notre consentement
• Dans le cas ou l’acheteur ne peut pas présenter cee carte de garantie
avec la facture d’achat. Ainsi dans le cas ou la garantie ou la facture est il
lisible.
Dans le cas d’un rendez-vous sur base de la garantie sur le foyer, veuillez prendre
premièrement contact avec votre revendeur. Gardez minutieusement votre facture
d’achat et votre carte de garantie.
