1. Hoe kan ik mijn apparaat verbinden als er geen wifi-wachtwoord is?

Wanneer u met uw apparaat verbinding maakt met een netwerk en uw router niet om een

wifi-wachtwoord vraagt, hoeft u ook geen wachtwoord in te voeren. Klik op “Bevestigen”

om verder te gaan.

2. Hoe kunnen apparaten worden verbonden zonder wifi, met alleen

mobiele hotspots?

Hiervoor moet u beschikken over twee smartphones waarop u een netwerkhotspot kunt

opzetten. Zet op een van de toestellen de hotspot aan. Het tweede toestel kan nu met het

eerste verbinding maken.

3. Waarom kan ik geen verbinding maken met een netwerk met

Fritzbox 7590 & Ritzbox 7590-routers?

Routers van dit type gebruiken dezelfde SSID voor de distributie van 2.4G en 5G-

netwerken, er wordt geen onderscheid gemaakt, dus u kunt de netwerkdistributie niet

gebruiken in de (standaard) EZ-modus. U wordt geadviseerd om netwerkdistributie in te

stellen op de (compatibele) AP-modus.

4. Het wifi-lampje knippert snel, maar de netwerkdistributie komt niet tot

stand

1) Het indicatorlampje knippert onafgebroken en snel

Probeer het opnieuw of start de wifi-module opnieuw op. Als het nog steeds werkt, neemt

u contact op via Feedback en geeft u het modelnummer van de router en de telefoon

door. Wij zullen het probleem onderzoeken en met een oplossing aanbieden.
