    Bonjour,
    J’ai fait l’acquisition de l’ « Éclairage Multifonction Led 3 en 1 » le 17.01.2019.(voir ticket de vente ci-joint)
    Article No : 307357-18-A-EU
    Il est garanti 3 ans, donc jusqu’au 17.01.2022.
    Jusqu’à ces derniers temps, il a parfaitement fonctionné à tel point que le 22.02.2021, j’en ai racheté un 2ème qui fonctionne actuellement parfaitement.
    Hélas le premier achat ne fonctionne plus: la lumière émise est très faible, parfois inexistante, quelque soit la prise de courant utilisée.
    Merci de bien vouloir faire le nécessaire pour que mon appareil retrouve ses fonctions initiales.

    • J'ai eu le même problème sur 3 appareils, en rechargeant l'accu séparément la lampe fonctionne, c'est donc la base de charge à induction qui est foutu. Vive l'obsolescence programmé. Answered on 20-10-2022 at 11:51
