FOUTMELDINGEN EN GEDETAILLEERDE INFORMATIE OVER HET SYSTEEM
De meter heeft een probleem
met de teststrip waargenomen.
Dit kan zijn veroorzaakt door een
beschadigde teststrip of doordat het
bevestigingsvenster niet volledig
is gevuld.
Herhaal de test met een nieuwe
teststrip. Raadpleeg Het opbrengen
van bloed (zie hoofdstuk 3 Uw
bloedglucose testen) of het testen
met controlevloeistof (zie hoofdstuk 5
Testen met controlevloeistof).
De batterij van de meter is bijna leeg,
maar heeft nog voldoende vermogen
om een test uit te voeren.
Als het knipperende batterijsymbool
voor het eerst verschijnt, is er nog
genoeg vermogen voor minimaal
100 tests. De testresultaten zijn nog
nauwkeurig, maar u dient de batterij
zo snel mogelijk te vervangen.
Het
pictogram knippert alleen
op het scherm wanneer de batterij
onvoldoende vermogen heeft om
een test uit te voeren of opgeslagen
resultaten te bekijken.
Vervang de batterij van de meter.
Een van de volgende situaties
kan van toepassing zijn:
Mogelijk is uw glucoseniveau hoog en
hebt u getest in een omgeving waarvan
de temperatuur in de buurt van de
ondergrens van het gebruiksbereik
(6–44 °C) van het systeem ligt.
of
Mogelijk is er een probleem met de
teststrip. Deze kan bijvoorbeeld tijdens
de test zijn beschadigd of bewogen.
of
De bloeddruppel is niet op de juiste
wijze aangebracht.
of
Mogelijk is er een probleem met de
meter.
Als u de test hebt uitgevoerd in een
koude omgeving dient u de test in een
warmere omgeving te herhalen met
een nieuwe teststrip; zie hoofdstuk
3 Uw bloedglucose testen. Als deze
foutmelding opnieuw verschijnt, neem
dan contact op met de OneTouch®-lijn
via 0800-022 24 45.
Als u de test hebt uitgevoerd in
een normale of warme omgeving,
dient u de test te herhalen met een
nieuwe teststrip; zie hoofdstuk 3
Uw bloedglucose testen. Als deze
foutmelding opnieuw verschijnt, neem
dan contact op met de OneTouch®-lijn
via 0800-022 24 45.
Als u de bloeddruppel niet goed hebt
opgebracht, lees dan het hoofdstuk over
het opbrengen van bloed (hoofdstuk 3
Uw bloedglucose testen) of het testen
met controlevloeistof (zie hoofdstuk 5
Testen met controlevloeistof) en herhaal
de test met een nieuwe teststrip. Als de
foutmelding opnieuw verschijnt, neem
dan contact op met de OneTouch®-lijn
via 0800-022 24 45.
