Druk op “MODE“ (4) en houd deze knop circa 3 seconden
ingedrukt. Er klinkt een pieptoon en “TARGET TEMP” (26)
knippert op het lcd-display (2). Druk op “MIN / +” (6) en “SEC
/ -” (5) om het cijfer te wijzigen. Druk op “MODE” (4) om de
doeltemperatuur toe te passen die wordt weergegeven in
“TARGET TEMP” (26).
Voor het annuleren van de handmatige selectie of om een
ander type vlees te selecteren, houdt u de knop “TASTE /
START“ (3) ongeveer 3 seconden lang ingedrukt. U kunt de
ontvanger (1) ook uit- en weer inschakelen met behulp van de
aan/uit-schakelaar (12).
Gebruik bij lage kerntemperaturen alleen vlees dat vers
is en in uitstekende staat verkeert. Over het algemeen
zijn lage kerntemperaturen niet geschikt voor bevroren
of vacuüm verpakt vlees.
8.3 De kerntemperatuur meten
De temperatuur wordt alleen correct gemeten als er
geen andere apparaten van hetzelfde type in de buurt
zijn en zijn ingeschakeld. Anders wordt de huidige
temperatuur niet correct en uniek weergegeven op het
display.
