Une fois que vous avez sélectionné le type de viande (22),
appuyez sur la touche « TASTE / START » (3). À chaque fois
que vous appuyez sur la touche, la sélection change selon le
tableau ci-dessous. La température cible actuelle est affichée sur
l'affichage LCD (2) sous « TARGET TEMP »(26).

Remarque :
Pour des raisons de santé ou autres, les options ci-dessus
ne sont pas disponibles pour tous les types de viande.
Par exemple, la volaille doit toujours être bien cuite.
C'est pourquoi seul ce niveau de cuisson est disponible.
Vous avez également la possibilité de régler la température cible
« TARGET TEMP » (26) manuellement. Procédez comme suit :
Appuyez sur la touche « MODE » (4) et maintenez-la enfoncée
pendant environ 3 secondes. Un bip retentit et « TARGET
TEMP » (26) clignote sur l'affichage LCD (2). Utilisez les
