Netwerkverbindingsproblemen
U kunt de netwerkverbindingsstatus controleren zoals hieronder wordt getoond.
• (Snelle instellingen) Netwerk Bekabelde verbinding
(Ethernet)
• (Snelle instellingen) Netwerk Wi-Fi netwerk
Geavanceerde Wi-Fi-instellingen
Als er naast de projector een X wordt
weergegeven
• Controleer de projector of de AP (router).
• Controleer de verbindingsstatus van de projector, AP (router) en het
kabelmodem.
• Schakel de volgende apparaten uit en weer in, in de onderstaande volgorde;
1. Het kabelmodem, wacht tot het kabelmodem is gereset.
2. De AP (router), wacht totdat de AP (router) is gereset.
3. De projector.
• Als u een draadloze verbinding gebruikt, wijzigt u de SSID (netwerknaam) en
het draadloze kanaal van de AP (router).
• Als u een statisch IP-adres gebruikt, voert u dit direct in.
• Neem contact op met de internetprovider of fabrikant van uw AP (router).
Als er naast de gateway een X wordt
weergegeven
• Controleer de AP (router) of neem contact op met uw internetprovider.
• Koppel het netsnoer los van de AP (router), kabelmodem, en wacht 10
seconden. Schakel het apparaat weer in.
• Initialiseer (terugzetten) de AP (router) of het kabelmodem.
• Neem contact op met de internetprovider of fabrikant van uw AP (router).
• Controleer de website van de fabrikant van de AP (router) om te zien of er op
uw router de nieuwste firmwareversie is geïnstalleerd.
