3-1. Gebruik van airconditioning en achterruitverwarming

■ Instellingen airconditioning
● Wanneer het contact AAN wordt gezet, zal de airconditioning dezelfde instel-
lingen gebruiken als toen het contact de laatste keer UIT werd gezet.
● De instellingen van de airconditioning worden afzonderlijk opgeslagen in de
elektronische sleutel, zodat altijd de instellingen van de sleutel die wordt
gebruikt, worden teruggezet.
● Dit systeem heeft mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke voorkeursinstellingen, die
door een Lexus-dealer of erkende reparateur kunnen worden ingesteld.
■ Gebruiken van de automatische modus
De aanjagersnelheid wordt automatisch geregeld op basis van de gekozen tempe-
ratuur en de omgevingscondities. Dat kan leiden tot de volgende verschijnselen:
Direct na het indrukken van de toets kan de aanjager even worden uitgeschakeld
tot er voldoende warme of koude lucht voorhanden is.
■ Gebruik van het systeem in de recirculatiemodus
De ruiten zullen sneller beslaan als de stand RECIRCULATIE gedurende langere
tijd is ingeschakeld.
■ Schakelen tussen buitenluchtmodus en recirculatiemodus
Er kan automatisch worden overgeschakeld naar de recirculatie- of buitenluchtmo-
dus, op basis van de gekozen temperatuur en de temperatuur in de auto.
■ Ontwasemingsfunctie voor de ruiten
In de recirculatiemodus kan automatisch worden overgeschakeld naar de buiten-
luchtmodus als de ruiten ontwasemd moeten worden.
■ Wanneer de buitentemperatuur lager is dan 0°C
Bij deze temperaturen wordt de airconditioning onder bepaalde omstandigheden
niet ingeschakeld, ook niet als op wordt gedrukt.
■ Wanneer het controlelampje in uit zichzelf dooft
Druk op om de koel- en ontvochtigingsfunctie weer in te schakelen. Er kan
een storing aanwezig zijn in de airconditioning als het controlelampje kort na het
indrukken van de toets weer dooft. Laat het systeem controleren door een Lexus-
dealer of erkende reparateur.
