1.1 Veiligheid
De oven mag alleen gebruikt worden door speciaal
daarvoor opgeleid personeel.
De oven kan heet worden. Raak de oven NOOIT aan
wanneer deze in gebruik is.
Steek NOOIT uw handen in de oven (B). Dit is absoluut
verboden in verband met beklemmingsgevaar.
De afzuigopening (B) aan de bovenzijde moet worden
aangesloten op een afzuiging.
1.1 Safety
The Bakermatic only can be used by personnel trained by Leventi.
The oven can get hot. Never touch the oven when in use.
Never stick your hands into the oven (B). This is absoultely forbidden due to the danger of getting stuck.
The ventilation opening on top of the machine has to be connected to an extraction system.
1.1 Sicherheitshinweisungen
Arbeiten mit dem Ofen ist ausschließlich qualifizierten Fachkräften vorbehalten.
Stecken Sie nie Ihre Handen in den Ofen.
Die Abzugoffnung (B) am Obenseite soll angeschlossen werden auf einen Abzug.
Vor Anfang eventuellen erforderlichen Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten am Ofen ist zunächst sicherzus-
tellen, daß sich der Ofen abgekühlt hat.
1.2 Bedoeld gebruik
De oven is bedoeld voor het afbakken van broodjes. U kunt de oven met
maximaal 100 broodjes tegelijk vullen.
De broodjes werpt u aan een zijde in (A). Via een trilplaat komen ze terecht
op de transportband. Gedurende het transport door de oven worden ze
afgebakken en uitgestort in de mand (C) aan de afvoerzijde.
1.2 Intended use
The bakermatic is meant to bake off small crusted rolls. You can fill the oven with maximum 100 rolls.
Fill the rolls on side (A). A vibrating plate makes them move on the conveyer. During the transport through
the oven, the rolls are baked off. Finally the rolls are delivered in a basket on side C.
1.2 Vorgeschriebener Gebrauch
Der Ofen eignet sich für das Abbacken von Brötchen. Der Ofen hat eine Backkapazität von 100 Brötchen.
Sie werfen die Brötchen an Seite (A) in den Ofen. Via eine Schüttelplatte erreichen die Brötchen die Trans-
portband. Während das Tranport im Ofen werden die Brötchen abgebacken und geschüttet in den Korf (C)
an der Vorderseite.
