Garantie :

Op het binnenwerk ( branderruimte, brander, gasklep

en afstandsbediening ) is een garantietermijn van

12 maanden na aankoop van toepassing.

Uitgesloten van garantie zijn :

Thermokoppel, TTB, ontsteekpen , ontsteekkabel,

Glasruit en batterijen.

Transportschade valt niet onder garantie en dient

bij aflevering aan de transporteur gemeld te worden.

Transport schademeldingen die niet op deze manier

zijn gemeld worden door Laxevaags niet geaccepteerd.

De garantie en aansprakelijkheid van Laxevaags vervalt bij :

1. het toestel is niet volgens de wettelijke

normen aangesloten;

2. het toestel is door een niet erkend bedrijf

geïnstalleerd;

3. het rookgas afvoersysteem is niet

volgens de installatievoorschrift

geïnstalleerd;

4. de TTB is kortgesloten of door een ander

vervangen die niet aan de zelfde

specificaties voldoet;

5. de verzegelingen van de branderdruk

instellingen zijn verbroken of verwijdert;

6. de houtset is niet volgens voorschrift

geplaatst of er zijn houtblokken of ander

materiaal toegevoegd;

7. schade die is ontstaan door invloeden

van buitenaf ( zoals waterschade enz. ),

vernieling door inbraak of geweld,

ondeskundig onderhoud of opzettelijke

beschadiging van de haard.
