1. Die Garantie auf diesem
LauraStar-Gerät gilt während der
für ein derartiges Konsumgut lokal
üblichen gesetzlichen Frist (EG = 24
Monaten). Das Kaufdatum ist durch
Rechnung oder Kassenbon zu bele-
gen.
2. Von der Garantie sind aus-
geschlossen: normaler Verschleiß
des Gerätes, des Kabels und der
Bügelsohle sowie Schäden, die auf
Herunterfallen, Wasser oder den
Betrieb mit falscher Stromart/
Spannung zurückzuführen sind. Die
Verwendung des Gerätes zu einem
anderen als dem bestimmungs-
gemäßen Gebrauch, die Nicht-
Beachtung der Gebrauchs- und
Wartungsvorschriften, welche
Bestandteil der Gebrauchs-
anweisung sind, oder unbefugte
Eingriffe, führen zu einem Verfall
der Garantie. Die Nutzung des
Gerätes im gewerblichen Bereich
hat eine Verkürzung der
Garantiezeit zur Folge.
3. Wird ein
LauraStar™
-Gerät
einer autorisierten
Kundendienststelle für einen
Eingriff außerhalb der Garantie-
bedingungen übergeben, handelt es
sich nicht um einen “Garantiefall”.
Die Reparatur wird somit berech-
nungspflichtig.
4. Im Garantiefall senden Sie bitte
das defekte
LauraStar™
-Gerät an
unsere Kundendienst-Zentrale ein.
5. Je nach Land können zusätzlich
zu den
LauraStar™
-
Garantiebedingungen weitere
Gewährleistungen in Anspruch
genommen werden. Maßgebend
sind die im jeweiligen Land gelten-
den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
