IL FAUT CONTRÔLER QUE LE JOINT PÉRIPHÉRIQUE ENTRE LE CORPS DU VENTILATEUR SUR LA CHAUDIÈRE ET LE MOTEUR DU VENTILATEUR
SOIT INTACT ET COMPLET.
NETTOYER LA CHAMBRE DE COMBUSTION
•Ouvrir la porte SUPÉRIEURE et la porte CENTRALE.
•Pousser vers le haut et enlever les prolés en acier.
Après le retrait de tous les prols en acier, il faut éliminer les dépôts de cendre et la suie des parois de la chaudière et des ouvertures pour l’air primaire.
Tous les résidus de cendre doivent par ailleurs être complètement éliminés de l’intérieur.
UTILISER DES OUTILS DE NETTOYAGE ET UN ASPIRATEUR DE CENDRE !
VÉRIFIER LES JOINTS DES PORTES DE LA CHAUDIÈRE Fig. 15
CONTRÔLER QUE TOUS LES JOINTS PÉRIPHÉRIQUES DES PORTES DE LA CHAUDIÈRE SOIENT INTACTS, COMPLETS ET ÉTANCHES. Il faut
également eectuer un contrôle de l'état des mécanismes de fermeture (poignées et charnières).
NETTOYER LE CAPTEUR DE FUMÉE D'ÉCHAPPEMENT Fig. 16
Dévisser la vis de xation et enlever le capteur du conduit de fumée.
Eliminer ensuite les particules de suie et la saleté avec un chion.
CONTRÔLE DES SOUPAPES DE SÉCURITÉ (en OPTION)
VÉRIFIER L'ÉTANCHÉITÉ ET LE FONCTIONNEMENT DE TOUTES LES SOUPAPES DE SÉCURITÉ DU SYSTÈME, EN CONTRÔLANT QU'IL N’Y AIT
PAS DE FUITES D’EAU.
En cas de fonctionnement compromis, la soupape doit être nettoyée ou remplacée.

VÉRIFIER QUE LA SOUPAPE DE SÉCURITÉ THERMIQUE EST ÉTANCHE ET EN ÉTAT DE MARCHE, EN CONTRÔLANT QU'IL N’Y AIT PAS DE FUITES
D’EAU.
Pour cela, activer manuellement la soupape de sécurité thermique.
En cas de fonctionnement compromis, la soupape doit être nettoyée ou remplacée.
