De 12 gebruiksregels
1- Ik bezit een verzekering die elk lichamelijk en materieel ongeval dekt.
2- Ik beoefen quad met respect voor de courante gebruiksregels: dragen van helm, aangepaste kledij,
voertuig in perfecte mechanische toestand.
3- In geval van gebruik op de baan, zal mijn voertuig gehomologeerd en ingeschreven moeten zijn.
4- Ik zal de wegcode respecteren en ik zal mijn rijgedrag aanpassen wanneer ik op toegelaten wandelpaden
ben.
5- Op toegelaten paden, zal ik op de rechterstrook rijden en zal ik voorrang verlenen aan wandelaars, ruiters,
fietsen en bromfietsen. Ik zal de motor stoppen bij het naderen van ruiters.
6- Tijdens de jachtperiode zal ik niet rijden in de door de jagers bepaalde en gesignaleerde zones.
7- Ik zal het milieu, de private eigendommen en de teelten strikt respecteren. Ik zal vertragen zodra ik in een
agglomeratie aankom.
8- Ik zal mijn voertuig niet schoonmaken op de baan.
9- Wanneer ik mijn voertuig uitleen, vergewis ik mij ervan dat de gebruikers de wetgeving naleven: rijbewijs in
orde, dragen van helm en geschikte uitrusting, informatie over het voertuig.
10- Op private weg, zal ik nooit een kind van minder dan 16 jaar dit voertuig laten gebruiken.
11- Op de openbare weg, moet de bestuurder de geldende reglementering en de wegcode naleven.
12- Aangezien de geldende reglementering, met name inzake de toegelaten wegen, kan evolueren, is
de gebruiker volledig verantwoordelijk voor het met zijn voertuig gemaakte gebruik.
