Tipps für den Gebrauch
• Um ein Überquellen oder Überkochen zu verhindern, befüllen Sie den Fonduetopf
maximal bis zur Hälfte mit Fett.
• Stellen Sie den Topf zum Erhitzen auf das Rechaud. Fonduetöpfe mit einem
Sandwichboden (verkapselter Boden) können auch auf dem Herd vorgeheizt werden.
• Halten Sie einen Holzlöffel in das heiße Fett. Bilden sich daran sofort Bläschen, ist die
optimale Temperatur erreicht.
• Benutzen Sie das Fondue nur mit dem mitgelieferten Spritzschutz, um sich vor
gefährlichen Fettspritzern zu schützen. Wir empfehlen, sämtliche Speisen sorgfältig
trocken zu tupfen, bevor Sie sie ins heiße Fett geben.
Achtung
Das Fondue-Set wird während des Gebrauches sehr heiß. Lassen Sie es daher
immer erst vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie es reinigen; benutzen Sie einen Topflappen oder
-handschuh, falls ein Anfassen während des Gebrauchs nötig ist!
Reinigung und Pflege
• Reinigen Sie den Fonduetopf sowie die Gabeln nach jedem Gebrauch in warmem
Spülwasser.
• Die Edelstahl-Fonduetöpfe können auch in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden. Für die
Fonduegabeln mit Kunststoffgriffen empfehlen wir eine Reinigung per Hand.
• Bitte benutzen Sie zum Reinigen keine harten Gegenstände, Stahlwolle oder
Scheuermittel.
