Der Profi - Kontaktgrill eignet sich gleichermaßen für Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse. Hier
einige Rezept-Ideen:
Fleisch
Hamburger
Zutaten: 500 g Rinderhack
1 EL feingeschnittene Zwiebel
1-2 EL Dosenmilch
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung: Die Zutaten vermischen, würzen, zu einer Rolle formen und in 4 Scheiben
schneiden. Die Hamburger im vorgeheizten Grill auf höchster Stufe 2-3
Minuten grillen und mit Zwiebelringen und Tomatenketchup servieren.
Stilecht werden die Hamburger zwischen aufgeschnittene Brötchen gelegt
und mit je einem Salatblatt, einigen Gurken und Zwiebelringen und
Tomatenketchup oder Mayonnaise garniert aus der Hand gegessen.
Rumpsteak
Für 3-4 Personen beim Metzger eine ca. 6 cm dicke Oberschalenschnitte
kaufen und ringsum mit Speck einbinden lassen. Mit ca. 1 EL Gewürzöl
einpinseln und je nach Geschmack ca. 10 - 12 Minuten lang grillen.Drehen
Sie (nicht wenden!) das Fleisch 1-2 mal auf der gleichen Seite um, damit
Sie die dekorative, karierte Oberfläche erhalten. Das Rumpsteak dann im
Ganzen servieren und bei Tisch in feine Scheiben schneiden (gegen die
Faser). Dazu passen Folienkartoffeln und Kräuterbutter.
