200 g socker, 3 dl vatten, 4 dl pressad apelsin.
 Blanda vatten och socker i en kastrull och låt koka upp.
 Låt sockerblandningen kallna i rumstemperatur.
 Tillsätt pressad apelsinsaft under omrörning och ställ beredningen i kylskåp för att kallna (i minst 12
timmar).
Alternativ :
 Du kan använda pressad saft av citron eller grapefrukt eller mosad kiwi (i så fall, tillsätt en matsked
pressad citronsaft).
SORBET MED GRAPEFRUKT OCH HONUNG
175 g honung, 4,5 dl grapefruktsaft.
 Ljumma upp honung i en liten kastrull på låg värme och tillsätt 4 matskedar grapefruktsaft under
omrörning.
 Blanda därefter denna beredning med resten av saften i en skål vid sidan om.
 Sätt beredningen i kylskåp för att kallna (i minst 12 timmar).
GRUNDRECEPT FÖR GLASS (POS. A)
A. Grundrecept
5 dl mjölk, 4 äggulor, 1 tesked (8 g) majsmjöl, 100 g socker.
 Koka upp mjölken i en kastrull.
 Vispa äggulor, socker och mjöl i en skål tills blandningen nästan vitnat.
 Tillsätt den varma mjölken under ständig omrörning.
 Häll i kastrullen och värm tills blandningen tjocknar lätt utan att koka upp.
 Låt kallna och sätt in i kylskåp (i minst 12 timmar).
B. Till detta grundrecept kan tillsättas
- 3 mosade bananer (ungefär 350 g)
- 100 g rostad mandel
- 100 g krossade hasselnötter
- 120 g choklad i bitar.
