Taikinasta tulee 16 vohvelia
Valmistusaika: noin 3½ minuuttia
300 g vehnäjauhoja, 10 g (1 tasainen ruokalusikallinen) leivinjauhetta, suolaa, 75g hienoa
sokeria, 100g voita, 2munaa, ½ litraa maitoa.
Sekoita jauhot ja leivinjauhe kulhossa. Tee kuoppa jauhojen keskelle ja lisää siihen suola,
sokeri, sulatettu voi ja munat. Lisää maitoa vähitellen samalla sekoittaen. Anna taikinan
seistä noin 1 tunti.
Ohuet vohvelit
Ohutrakenteisia vohveleita nautittaviksi.
Taikinasta tulee 12 vohvelia
Valmistusaika: noin 3–3½ minuuttia
300 g vehnäjauhoja, 1 rkl leivinjauhetta, hyppysellinen suolaa, 1 rkl sokeria, 2munaa, 400ml
maitoa.
Vispaa munat vaahdoksi. Lisää muut aineet ja sekoita tasaiseksi.
Belgialaiset vohvelit
Valmista vohvelit belgialaiseen tapaan.
Taikinasta tulee 16 vohvelia
Valmistusaika: noin 4–4½ minuuttia
5 munaa, 1 rkl leivinjauhetta, 300 g vehnäjauhoja, 300 g hienoa sokeria, 300g voita.
Pehmitä voi. Yhdistä jauhot, sokeri ja leivinjauhe. Lisää pehmitetty voi ja munat. Sekoita
hyvin.
