aparato sin gasto alguno por parte del
comprador, a condición de que éste aporte
prueba de la fecha de compra.
Esta garantía quedará anulada si el mal
funcionamiento se debe a daños en el aparato
debidos a accidente, mala utilización,
utilización a una frecuencia o con una tensión,
distintas a las indicadas en el aparato o a las
descritas en las instrucciones, empleo abusivo
que suponga una alteración, daños durante el
transporte o utilización con fines comerciales.
La presente garantía le otorga a usted
determinados derechos jurídicos pero puede
beneficiarse, igualmente, de otros derechos
que pueden variar en función de la provincia o
el Estado.
