. Koffie met rum *
Voeg een glaasje rum toe aan een kopje
espresso met suiker.
Schep er een toefje crème fraîche op.
. Geflambeerde espresso *
2 kopjes espresso, 2 glaasjes cognac, 2
theelepels bruine suiker, crème fraîche.
Schenk de cognac in hittebestendige glazen,
verwarm en flambeer de cognac.
Roer er suiker door, voeg de espresso toe en
schep er een toefje crème fraîche op.
De espresso kan eventueel aangelengd
worden met kokend water.
. Espresso-ijs *
2 kopjes espresso, 6 eidooiers, 200 gr. suiker,
1/4 l. crème fraîche met suiker, 1 glaasje
sinaasappellikeur.
Klop de eidooiers op met de suiker totdat
een dikke, schuimige massa ontstaat.
Voeg de koude espresso en de
sinaasappellikeur toe.
Meng er vervolgens de opgeklopte crème
fraîche door.
Verdeel het mengsel over ijscoupes of
glazen.
Zet de coupes of glazen in de vriezer.
. Mokkapudding
2 kopjes espresso, 1/2 l. melk, 1 zakje poeder
voor vanillepudding, 3 eidooiers, 1/8 l. crème
fraîche met suiker, 150 gr. suiker.
Bereid een vanillepudding van melk, poeder
en suiker.
Voeg de eidooiers toe aan de warme
pudding.
Laat het afkoelen en voeg vervolgens de
espresso en de opgeklopte crème fraîche
toe.
* Gebruik van alcohol kan schadelijk zijn voor
de gezondheid.
