Basisrecept
500 ml. melk
4 eierdooiers
1 eetl. (8 gr.) tarwebloem
100 gr. suiker
Breng de melk in een pannetje aan de kook.
Sla de eierdooiers, suiker en tarwebloem in
een kom tot het mengsel bijna wit is.
Schenk er al roerende de hete melk bij.
Schenk vervolgens het geheel in het
pannetje en verhit het tot het een beetje dik
begint te worden. Laat het mengsel niet
koken! Laat tenslotte het mengsel afkoelen
en zet het weg in de koelkast.
U kunt evt. het volgende aan dit basisrecept
toevoegen:
- 3 gepureerde bananen (ca. 350 gr.)
- 100 gr. geroosterde amandelen
- 150 gr. gehakte hazelnoten
- 120 gr. chocoladevlokken of geraspte
chocolade
