3.25 Op afstand uw VoiceMail uitluisteren/wijzigen
U kunt vanaf een andere locatie, bijvoorbeeld vanaf thuis, toegang krijgen tot het VoiceMailsysteem
van de Vox DaVo IP. Om in de Vox DaVo IP te kunnen komen, moet uw oproep automatisch worden
beantwoord! De Vox DaVo IP heeft twee mogelijkheden:
1. Uw voicemail beantwoord de oproep
2. De automatische telefoniste beantwoord de oproep.
Voorwaarden:
?? Uw telefoontoestel moet doorgeschakeld zijn naar de VoiceMail.
of
?? De systeembeheerder moet de automatische telefoniste hebben ingeschakeld en Voice Response moet
ingeschakeld zijn!
?? U moet een pincode gebruiken!
Werking:
1. Toets het telefoonnummer van de zaak in (uw oproep wordt door de VoiceMail van uw toestel
beantwoord.)
2. Toets tijdens uw VoiceMailbegroeting “#” (De automatische telefoniste vraagt om uw password)
of
3. Toets tijdens de begroeting van de automatische telefoniste “# + toestelnummer + #” (De
automatische telefoniste vraagt om uw password)
4. Toets uw pincode in. ( U bent nu in het hoofdmenu van het VoiceMailsysteem)
U heeft de volgende mogelijkheden:
1. Cijfer 1 = Nieuwe berichten beluisteren.
2. Cijfer 2 = Opgeslagen berichten beluisteren
3. Cijfer 3 = Terug naar het hoofdmenu.
4. Cijfer 4 = U kunt uw doorschakelingen wijzigen (zie hfdst. 3.24).
Volg verder de aanwijzingen van de automatische telefoniste.
