Aanschaffen van verbruiksartikelen
Om een goede werking van uw Telefax 360 te waarborgen, dient u uitslui-
tend gebruik te maken van de verbruiksartikelen en het aansluitmateriaal die
door KPN Telecom worden verkocht. Onderstaande (verbruiks)artikelen zijn
verkrijgbaar bij Business Center en de officiële KPN Telecom-faxdealer.
Verbruiksartikelen:
– Een inktcartridge voor ongeveer 1400 afdrukken (standaardtestkaart 1).
– Standaard kopieerpapier.
– Plastic documenthouder (als u kleine documenten wilt versturen).
U kunt deze verbruiksartikelen bestellen via de internet-site van KPN Telecom
voor zakelijke klanten. Het adres is: www.kpnzakelijk.nl
Ook kunt u de verbruiksartikelen bestellen via het gratis telefoonnummer
0800-0403 of via het faxnummer 0800-0433 (gratis).
Behalve de gewenste aantallen, dient u het incasso– en verzendadres te
vermelden.
Uiteraard kunt u op de hierboven vermelde faxnummers vrijblijvend een
prijsopgave vragen voor de levering van de genoemde artikelen.
Melden van storingen
Indien de Telefax 360 niet goed functioneert en u kunt de storing niet zelf
verhelpen, neemt u dan contact op met het gratis Landelijk Service-nummer
van KPN Telecom: 0800-0407.
U moet hierbij het serienummer van uw Telefax 360 bij de hand hebben.
Dit serienummer vindt u op de grijze sticker aan de achterzijde van het toestel.
Het serienummer begint met: 360.
Remote Diagnostic
Voor het oplossen van bepaalde storingen kan KPN Telecom op afstand
de Telefax 360 onderzoeken met behulp van het zogenaamde Remote
Diagnostic System (RDS).
Met behulp van dit systeem worden de instellingen van de Telefax 360
gecontroleerd en, zonodig, aangepast. Tevens kunnen hiermee de foutcodes
uit de zend/ontvangstjournalen worden bekeken. Uiteraard wordt pas van
RDS gebruikgemaakt in overleg met en na toestemming van de klant.
Indien gewenst kunt u de toegang tot uw Telefax 360 door middel van RDS
blokkeren.
Let op: dit geschiedt niet via parameter 52 (Diagnostic Password) als
beschreven op pagina 33 van deze handleiding, maar met parameter 51!
Standaard staat parameter 51 ingesteld op 2 (valid = aan). Wilt u de toegang
blokkeren, wijzig dan de waarde in 1 (invalid = uit). Op pagina 30 vindt u uit-
leg over het instellen van parameters.
