rectionqueletournebroche.Faireglisserlafourcheversl’extrémitécarréedutournebrocheetla

xeraveclavisàoreilles.

3. Fairepasserlafourcheleplusaumilieupossibledelaviandeàrôtir.

4. Monteràprésentladeuxièmefourchesurletournebroche.L’utiliserpourbloquerlaviandeetla

xeravecunevisàoreilles.

5. Vérierquel’alimentestbiencentrésurlabroche.

6. Placerl’extrémitépointuedutournebrochesurladouilledumoteur.

7. Réglerladuréedecuissonsouhaitée.

8. Pourterminerlacuisson,mettreleminuteursurlapositionOFF.

9. Retirerlabrocheenplaçantlecrochetdelapoignéedutournebrochedanslesrainuressituéesde

chaquecôtédelabroche.Soulevertoutd’abordlecôtégauchedelabroche.Puissortirlabroche

de la douille du moteur et sortir prudemment la nourriture du four. Retirer la viande du tournebro-

cheetlaposersuruneplancheàdécouperouuneassiette.
