Come utilizzare la funzione di cottura ad aria calda
Durante la cottura ad aria calda, l‘aria calda si distribuisce uniformemente all‘interno del forno tramite il siste-
ma di ventilazione. In questo modo gli alimenti si cuociono velocemente e in modo uniforme, risparmiando
anche energia. Selezionare la funzione cottura ad aria calda oppure è possibile utilizzare la cottura ad aria
calda in combinazione con il girarrosto. Questa funzione si attiva automaticamente appena il selettore
di funzione è su ON.
Come utilizzare il girarrosto
Si consiglia di non mettere nel girarrosto più di 4-5 pezzi di carne. Assicurarsi che tutti i pezzi di carne e siano
ben fissati e che non si stacchino. Si consiglia di preriscaldare il forno per 15 minuti a 230 °C.
• Impostare la temperatura desiderata.
• Mettere la carne che si intende arrostire nel girarrosto. Assicurarsi che i pezzi di carne non si stacchino. Siste-
mare i pezzi di carne al centro del girarrosto.
• Inserire l‘estremità appuntita del girarrosto nell’albero motore situato nella parete destra del forno.
• Assicurarsi che l’estremità quadrata sia ben fissata nel supporto del girarrosto posto nella parete sinistra del
forno.
• Mettere la teglia in basso per raccogliere il grasso.
• Impostare la cottura superiore con girarrosto.
• Impostare il tempo desiderato.
• Allo scadere del tempo, il dispositivo emette un segnale acustico. Ruotare la manopola su OFF.
• Rimuovere il girarrosto sollevando i ganci del supporto. Sollevare prima il lato sinistro del girarrosto dal sup-
porto e rimuovere poi l’estremità appuntita dall’albero motore. Rimuovere con cautela il girarrosto dal forno.
• Togliere la carne dal girarrosto e metterla su un piatto.
Grigliare
Per ottenere risultati ottimali, si consiglia di preriscaldare il forno a 230°C per 15 minuti.
• Sistemare gli alimenti sulla griglia e inserirla in alto all’interno del forno. Collocare gli alimenti vicino
all’elemento riscaldante, senza che lo tocchino.
• Collocare la teglia in basso per raccogliere il grasso che cola.
• Si consiglia inoltre di avvolgere gli alimenti in un foglio di alluminio.
• Impostare la temperatura desiderata.
• Aggiungere a piacimento olio o marinata.
• Impostare il selettore di funzione sulla cottura superiore.
• Impostare la durata desiderata del timer.
• Una volta che il cibo è pronto, ruotare il selettore di funzione su OFF.
