Frusta a farfalla
Può essere utilizzata solo con la lama! La frusta è idonea per montare il latte,
il burro, l´albume e per frullare la frutta.
IMPORTANTE
Non utilizzare la frusta a farfalla per impastare o per fare la zuppa. Se si uti-
lizza la frusta a farfalla, la velocità impostata deve essere inferiore al livello 4.
Non versare più di 1,5 litri di liquidi o più di 500 g di ingredienti. Rimuovere la
frusta a farfalla se si utilizza la funzione AUTO.
Lama
La lama è idonea per miscelare e sminuzzare ingredienti morbidi, solidi e li-
quidi. Quando si inserisce la lama, premere fino a quando si sente un clic: ora
la lama è inserita. Per zuppe con verdure intere, non introdurre più di 700 g
di ingredienti.
IMPORTANTE
La quantità introdotta non deve superare 1,5 litri. La lama e la frusta a farfalla
non sono adatte per impastare!
Funzione impasto
E´ adatta per fare il pane e per preparare gli impasti. Il tempo massimo im-
postabile è di 5 minuti ed il programma è utilizzabile per:
• Preparazione di impasti lievitati, impasti per pane e pasta: con un rapporto
farina-acqua di 5:3 o di 5:2, la quantità di farina non deve superare i 300 g.
• Preparazione di impasti per torta: con un rapporto farina-acqua di 5:3 o di
5:2, la quantità di farina non deve superare i 500 g.
Quando si prepara l´impasto, assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia collocato su una
superficie stabile, non riscaldata. Non collocare il dispositivo troppo vicino al
bordo della superfice di lavoro, per evitare che cada mentre è in funzione.
