The unit is level when the lines have stopped moving.
The unit can be manually rotated through the full 360degree range.
Note: The laser level is limited to being able to compensate for angles of +l- 6 degrees. If the level is placed
on an angle that is too sharp, it will not be able to level itself accurately.

If you have loosened the knob on the bottom of the unit (as per the previous page) allow the unit 8-10
seconds level itself. If there is no movement in the lines, it is likely the bottom has not been suciently
loosened.
