GARANTIE - NL
Geldigheidsduur: 2 jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum.
Dit garantiecerticaat is alleen geldig in combinatie met het aankoopbewijs. De garantie geeft
recht op vervanging van het gehele product of onderdelen wanneer er sprake is van een
fabrieksfout. Na de vervaldatum zijn aan reparaties kosten verbonden. De leverancier neemt
geen enkele verantwoording voor ontstane schade of letsel aan personen, dieren of goederen
door verkeerd gebruik van het veiligheidstuigje of door het niet opvolgen van de bijgeleverde
instructies.
Uitsluiting
Alle rechten ten aanzien van de garantie en de verantwoordelijkheid van de leverancier komen te
vervallen indien het product:
• Door niet bevoegde personen wordt gedemonteerd;
• Niet juist wordt gebruikt of opgeborgen.
Verder zijn alle uitwendige beschadigingen aan het veiligheidstuigje die het juist functioneren
niet beïnvloeden van garantie uitgesloten.
WARRANTY - EN
Validity: 2 years from date of purchase.
The warranty is only valid in conjunction with proof of purchase. The warranty covers the
replacement of the entire product or parts when there a manufacturing defect. After the expiration
of the warranty there are costs attached to any repairs. The supplier takes no responsibility for any
damage or injury to persons, animals and belongings due to misuse of the harness or by failure to
follow the accompanying instructions.
Exclusion
All rights in respect of the guarantee and the responsibility of the supplier shall lapse if the product:
• Is dismantled by unauthorized persons;
• Is not properly used or stored.
Furthermore, all external damage to the product that does not aect the proper functioning is
excluded from the warranty.
GARANTIE - DE
Gültigkeit: 2 Jahre ab Kaufdatum.
Die Garantie ist nur in Verbindung mit dem Kaufbeleg gültig. Die Garantie umfasst den Ersatz
des gesamten Produktes oder von Einzelteilen, wenn einen Herstellungsfehler verursacht wurde.
Nach dem Ablauf der Garantie fallen Kosten für die Reparatur an. Der Händler übernimmt keinerlei
Verantwortung für Schäden oder Verletzungen von Personen, Tieren und Gegenständen durch
fehlerhaften Gebrauch der Sicherheitsgurts oder durch Nichtbeachtung der beiliegenden
Gebrauchsanweisung.
Ausschlusch
Alle Rechte in Bezug auf die Garantie und die Verantwortung des Händlers erlöschen sofern das
Produkt:
• durch nicht autorisierte Personen demontiert wird;
• nicht ordnungsgemäß verwendet oder gelagert wird.
Darüber hinaus werden alle externen Schäden am Gerät, die die Funktion des Gerätes nicht
beeinträchtigen, von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
