5.2. Aseguramiento del niño con el cinturón de seguridad de 3 puntos

propio del vehículo

Esta forma de utilización sin protector delantero sólo está

permitida para niños con peso corporal de 15 – 36 kg o

aprox. 4 – 12 años de edad.

Siente al niño en el dispositivo de sujeción, extraiga el cinturón de seguridad

y encájelo en su cierre con un clic audible.

Coloque el cinturón de la pelvis en la guía inferior color rojo del asiento y ajú-

stelo. El cinturón de la pelvis debe quedar de forma plana sobre el muslo del

niño. (ver fig. B, página 4, lado derecho)

Por último coloque el cinturón de hombros en la guía color roja del cinturón

de la pelvis sobre el lado de cierre del cinturón del vehículo. Pase el cintu-

rón de hombros sobre el cuerpo del niño y colóquelo en el canal de guía

color rojo ubicado en el reposa cabeza.

Pase el cinturón de hombros por el apretador del mismo y ajústelo. Cierre el

apretador del cinturón hasta que escuche un clic bien audible.

Compruebe que el cinturón de hombros siem-

pre esté colocado por sobre el botón metálico,

para que no pueda resbalar hacia abajo.

Los cinturones siempre deben estar coloca-

dos en las guías color rojo.
