11. Gwarancja

Fotelik kiddy comfort objęty jest 2-letnią gwarancją na wady produkcyjne i

materiałowe. Okres gwarancyjny rozpoczyna się w dniu dokonania zakupu.

Podstawą reklamacji jest paragon.

Świadczenia gwarancyjne obejmują foteliki prawidłowo użytkowane, które

zostaną odesłane do producenta w czystym i schludnym stanie.

Gwarancja nie obejmuje:

- oznaki naturalnego zużycia oraz uszkodzenia spowodowane nadmierną

eksploatacją

- szkody spowodowane niewłaściwym lub nieprawidłowym użytkowaniem.

Materiały: Wszystkie nasze materiały spełniają wysokie wymogi dotyczące

odporności kolorów na promieniowanie UV. Mimo to wszystkie materiały

płowieją, jeśli są wystawione na działanie promieniowania UV. Zjawisko to

nie jest więc wadą materiałową lecz zwykłą oznaką zużycia, która nie jest

objęta gwarancją.

W przypadku reklamacji należy bezzwłocznie skontaktować się ze

sprzedawcą fotelika.
