Gewährleistungsbestimmungen / Allgemeines
Akku
Da es sich bei einem Akku immer um ein Verschleißteil handelt, ist es normal, dass sich die anfängliche Kapazität des Akkus mit
zunehmendem Alter, Gebrauch und Ladehäufigkeit reduziert.
Weitere Gewährleistungsbestimmungen entnehmen Sie bitte der allgemeinen KETTLER Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung.
Bodenfreiheit
Auf Grund der Position der Motor- oder Steuereinheit reduziert sich die Bodenfreiheit (Abstand zwischen tiefstem Rahmenpunkt und
Untergrund im Tretlagerbereich) gegenüber einem normalen Fahrrad um ca. 5 cm.
Bitte passen Sie Ihre Fahrweise bei Fahrbahnunebenheiten dementsprechend an.
Ersatzschlüssel Akkuschloss
Ihr Pedelec wird standardmäßig mit 2 Schlüsseln für Rahmen- und Akkuschloss ausgeliefert. Für Notfälle empfehlen wir Ihnen einen
Schlüssel davon an einem sicheren Ort aufzubewahren. Ersatzschlüssel können online unter folgendem Link bei der Firma AXA nachbestellt

Transport mit einem Fahrrad-Träger
Wenn Sie Ihr Pedelec auf einem Fahrrad-Träger mit Ihrem Auto transportieren wollen, sollten Sie den Akku vor dem Transport abnehmen und
im Auto mitführen. Beachten Sie die maximale Zuladung Ihres Fahrrad-Trägers. Das Gewicht Ihres Pedelecs beträgt ca. 22 - 25 kg.
Akkus im Handgepäck
Der Transport oder die Mitnahme des Akkus im Handgepäck von Flugzeugen ist strikt verboten.
Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrem Reiseveranstalter über die geltenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen und den mögliche Transport des Akkus.
