Elektronika disponuje následujícími funkcemi:

• Ukládá se celkový počet kilomentrů

• Ukládájí se hodnoty posledního tréninku

• Ukládají se zadání

• Možné zobrazení pulsu bez tréninku

• Možnost přepnutí z kilometrů na míle

Funkční oblast

Tato čtyři tlačítka jsou níže stručně vysvětlena.

DISP (krátké stisknutí)

• Přepnutí ze zobrazení času na připravenost k tréninku

• Zastavení nebo spuštění přepínání zobrazení.

• Přepnutí na další oblast zadávání.

Převezmou se nastavení nebo hodnoty.

DISP (dlouhé stisknutí) RESET

• Vymazání zobrazení za účelem restartu.

Možné pouze v klidovém režimu.

Tlačítka mínus – / plus +

Pomocí těchto funkčních tlačítek se před započetím trénin-

ku mění rozličné hodnoty zadání.

• delší stisknutí > rychlejší sled hodnot

• tlačítka „Plus” a „Mínus” stisknuta současně: zadání se

vynulují)

Tlačítko mínus – (krátké stisknutí u zobrazení času)

• Zobrazení posledních tréninkových hodnot (MEM) a cel-

kového počtu kilometrů (ODO)

Tlačítko mínus – (dlouhé stisknutí u zobrazení času)

• Nastavení času (TIME)

• Přepnutí z metrických ME na imperiální IM jednotky

(SETTINGS)

ME = zobrazení [24h], [KJoule], [kilometry]

IM = zobrazení [12h], [Kcal], [mílí]

Tlačítko plus+ (dlouhé stisknutí)

• Zobrazení tréninkových zadání

REC (zotavovací puls s kondiční známkou)

Pomocí tohoto funkčního tlačítka se spouští funkce měření

zotavovacího pulsu a vypočítá se kondiční známka.

Měření pulsu

Puls lze měřit 3 způsoby:

1. Ušní měřič -

Konektor zasuňte do zdířky;

2. Ruční puls

Přípojka se nachází na zadní straně displeje;

3 Prsní pás se zásuvnými receptory (je možné obdržet jako

příslušenství)
