trów / pomiaru tętna

• Wcisnąć przycisk DISP

Wskazany zostaje czas treningu “EX.TIME”.

lub

wskazana zostaje wartość tętna, jeśli sygnał tętna zosta-

nie rozpoznany przez klips nauszny, czujniki do pomi-

aru tętna z dłoni lub odbiornik wtykowy.

i / lub

• nacisnąć na pedały

Czas treningu “EX.TIME” i następne

wskazania są wyświetlane jako zliczane

w górę.

Zmiana wskazań jest aktywna

Koło animacji jest aktywne

2. Trening z zadanymi parametrami

Dla kategorii Czas, Odcinek, Energia można zadać

żądane wartości. Po rozpoczęciu treningu wartości te

zliczane są w dół. Po osiągnięciu zera wskazanie miga i

wydawany jest sygnał akustyczny. Od tej chwili wartość

zadana jest zliczana na nowo, w górę. Zmiana wskazań

przeskakuje do tego zakresu, który jako pierwszy osiąg-

nie zero. W kategorii tętna można zadać wartość, po

uzyskaniu której urządzenie wydaje akustyczne sygnały

ostrzegawcze.

• Wcisnąć Plus (długie wciśnięcie)

Wskazanie:

Wytyczna “CZAS

”

Zadanie parametru czasu (EX.TIME)

• Za pomocą “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartości (np.

30:00)

• Potwierdzić za pomocą “DISP”.

Wskazanie:

Następny parametr ”ODCINEK”

Zadanie parametru odcinka (DYST)

• Za pomocą “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartości (np. 7,50)

• Potwierdzić za pomocą “DISP”.

Wskazanie:

Następny parametr “ENERGIA”

Zadanie parametru dla wydatku energetycznego

(KJOULE lub KCAL)

• Za pomocą “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartości (np. 780)

• Potwierdzić za pomocą “DISP”.

Wskazanie:

Następny parametr “Wiek“

Kontrola tętna z akustycznym sygnałem ostrzega-

wczym

• Za pomocą “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartości (np. 131)

• Potwierdzić za pomocą “DISP” (tryb zadawania parame-

trów zakończony)

Wskazanie:

Gotowość treningowa z parametrem czasu

• Naciśnięcie na pedały uruchamia trening

Wartości parametrów wskazane zostają jako zliczane w dół.

Zmiana wskazań jest aktywna

Koło animacji jest aktywne

• Wciśnięcie “DISP” zatrzymuje i uruchamia zmianę wska-

zań.

• Symbol zadanych parametrów zostaje ukryty, kiedy

wszystkie zadane wielkości zostaną zliczone do zera.

• Zadane wielkości zostają zapisane i będą wyświetlone

ponownie przy następnym treningu.
