• Zapis łącznej liczby kilometrów

• Zapis ostatniego treningu

• Zapis ustawionych parametrów

• Możliwe wskazanie tętna bez treningu

• Przestawienie z kilometrów na mile

Zakres funkcji

Poniżej objaśnione są krótko cztery przyciski.

DISP (krótkie wciśnięcie)

• Przejście ze wskazania czasu do gotowości treningo-

wej

• Zatrzymanie lub uruchomienie zmiany wskazań.

•

Przejście do następnego zakresu zadawania.

Ustawienia lub wartości są przejmowane przez system.

DISP (długie wciśnięcie) RESET

• Kasowanie wskazania dla nowego uruchomienia.

Możliwe tylko w stanie bezruchu.

Minus – / Plus +

Za pomocą tych przycisków funkcyjnych zmieniamy przed

treningiem wartości różnych zakresów zadawania

• długie wciśnięcie > szybka zmiana wartości

• “Plus” i “Minus” wciśnięte razem: zadanie zostaje cof-

nięte)

Minus – (krótkie wciśnięcie podczas wska-

zania czasu)

• Wskazanie ostatnich danych treningu (MEM) i łącznej

liczby kilometrów (ODO)

Minus – (długie wciśnięcie podczas wska-

zania czasu)

• Ustawianie czasu godzinowego (TIME)

• Zmiana z ME na IM (SETTINGS)

ME = wskazanie [24h], [kJoule], [kilometry]

IM = wskazanie [12h], [kcal], [mile]

Plus + (długie wciśnięcie)

• Wywołanie zadanych parametrów treningu

REC (tętno spoczynkowe z oceną sprawności)

Za pomocą tego przycisku funkcyjnego uruchamia się

funkcję tętna spoczynkowego i ustala ocenę sprawności.

Pomiar tętna

Pomiar tętna może odbyć się z 3 źródeł:

1. Klips nauszny –

Wtyczkę wtykamy do gniazdka.

2. Czujnik tętna umieszczony na dłoni

Przyłącze znajduje się na tylnej stronie wskaźnika;

3. Pas piersiowy z odbiornikiem wtykowym

(dostępny jako akcesoria)
