Kurzbeschreibung
Die Elektronik weist folgende Funktionen auf:
• Gesamtkilometer werden gespeichert
• Letztes Training wird gespeichert
• Vorgaben werden gespeichert
• Pulsanzeige ohne Training möglich
• Umstellung von Kilometer auf Meilen
Funktionsbereich
Die vier Tasten werden im Folgenden kurz erklärt.
DISP (kurz drücken)
• Wechsel von Zeitanzeige zur Trainingsbereitschaft
• Anhalten oder Starten des Anzeigewechsels.
• Wechsel zum nächsten Eingabebereich.
Einstellungen oder Werte werden übernommen.
DISP (länger drücken) RESET
• Löschen der Anzeige für einen Neustart.
Nur im Stillstand möglich.
Minus – / Plus +
Mit diesen Funktionstasten werden vor dem Training
in den verschiedenen Eingaben Werte verändert
• längeres Drücken >
schneller Wertedurchlauf
• “Plus” und “Minus” zusammen gedrückt:
Eingaben werden zurückgesetzt )
Minus – (kurz drücken bei Zeitanzeige)
• Anzeige der letzten Trainingsdaten (MEM) und
Gesamtkliometer (ODO)
Minus – (lang drücken bei Zeitanzeige)
• Uhrzeit einstellen (TIME)
• Wechsel von ME auf IM (SETTINGS)
ME = [24h], [KJoule], [Kilometer] -Anzeige
IM = [12h], [Kcal], [Meilen] -Anzeige
Plus + (lang drücken)
• Aufruf der Trainingsvorgaben
REC (Erholungspuls mit Fitnessnote)
Mit dieser Funktionstaste wird die Erholungspuls-
funktion gestartet und eine Fitnessnote ermittelt.
Pulsmessung
Die Pulsmessung kann über 3 Quellen erfolgen:
1. Ohrclip –
Der Stecker wird in die Buchse eingesteckt;
2. Handpuls
Der Anschluß befindet sich auf der Rückseite der
Anzeige;
3 Brustgurt mit Einsteckempfänger (ist als Zubehör
erhältlich)
