Die Abbildungen zeigen den Betrieb als
Rad-Ergometer.
Bei übereinstimmender Drehzahl mit den
Beispielanzeigen liegen die Werte für
Geschwindigkeit und Entfernung bei
Cross-Ergometern niedriger.
Bei einer Trittfrequenz von 60 min
–1
:
Rad-Ergometer: = 21,3 km/h
Renn-Ergometer: = 25,5 km/h
Cross-Ergometer: = 9,5 km/h

Art der Pulsmessung
Die Pulsmessung kann über 2 Quellen erfolgen:
1. Ohrclip
Der Stecker wird in die Pulsbuchse gesteckt.
2. eingebauten Empfänger und Polar Brustgurt T34
(bitte dortige Anleitung beachten). Ein eingesteckter
Ohrclip muss entfernt werden.
Der Satura E EXT hat zusätzlich eine Handpulserfassung.
Geräteschnittstelle
Die USB Schnittstelle zum PC befindet sich auf der
Anzeigenrückseite.

Die Elektronik hat Funktionstasten und einen Anzeigebereich
(Display)
Anzeigebereich/Display
Die Anzeige besteht aus 320x240 Bildpunkten, die sowohl
Text als auch Grafik darstellen.
Funktionstasten
Mit diesen 4 Tasten werden Funktionen ausgelöst, die im
Display darüber angezeigt werden z. B. Menü, Personen ...
Die Funktionen der Tasten kann von Menü zu Menü variieren.
Navigations-Tasten
Die Navigationstasten ermöglichen die Anwahl von Menü-
punkten in den Menüs.
Eingabetasten Minus – / Plus +
Mit diesen Tasten werden Werte verändert und im Training
die Belastung verstellt oder Profile verschoben.
• “Plus” erhöht Werte oder ändert Einstellung
• “Minus” vermindert Werte oder ändert Einstellung
• “Puls” oder “Minus” länger drücken > schneller Wechsel
• “Plus” und “Minus” zusammen gedrückt:
• Belastung springt auf kleinste Leistung
• Programme springen auf Ursprung
• Werteeingabe springt auf Aus (Off)
Neustart der Anzeige (Software-Reset)
Drücken Sie die 3 Tasten gemeinsam, erfolgt ein Neustart.
