Функция RECOVERY
Измерение пульса во время отдыха
• При завершении тренировки нажмите кнопку RE-
COVERY.
Индикация: REC
Сохраняется значение пульса (P1)
После этого отображается текущий пульс.
Электроника будет измерять ваш пульс в течение 60
секунд.
Сохраняется показатель пульса через 60 секунд (P2)
Отображается разница значений пульсов (P1- P2) На
основе этого значения определяется оценка состоя-
ния (на примере F 4,8).
По истечении 20 секунд индикация будет прекра-
щена.
При нажатии кнопки «RECOVERY» прерывается из-
мерение пульса в спокойном состоянии или отобра-
жение оценки состояния.
Если в начале или в конце временного промежутка
не удается измерить пульс, отображается сообщение
об ошибке: знак «Err».
Индикация результатов последней тренировки
со средними и максимальными значениями
• Нажатие «Пользователь»: Выбор персонального ре-
жима
Индикация: Мигает «Пользователь 1, общее время
тренировки и километраж»
• С помощью кнопок «Плюс» и «Минус» выполняется
выбор персонального режима.
• Повторное нажатие «Personen»
Индикация: Средние значения пульса, % пульса,
число оборотов (частота шагов), КМ/Ч и ступень тор-
можения последней тренировки с символом [ ].
• Нажатие «DISP/SET»
Индикация: Максимальные значения пульса, %
пульса, RPM (частота шагов), КМ/Ч и ступень тормо-
жения последней тренировки с символом [MAX].
• Нажатие «DISP/SET»
Индикация: Режим готовности к тренировке с за-
данными настройками или без них.
Показатели последней тренировки относятся только
к последнему этапу тренировки. Нажатие кнопки
«RESET» или активация режима ожидания с индика-
цией времени сохраняет новые показатели и удаляет
предыдущие.
