ikke på en tast og trænes der heller ikke i løbet af denne

tid, skifter elektronikken til hvilemodus og viser rumtempe-

raturen

Genoptagelse af træning

Fortsættes træningen i løbet af 4 minutter, tælles de sidste

værdier videre eller nedad.

RECOVERY – funktion

Måling af hvilepuls

Tryk på “RECOVERY” efter endt træning afsluttet.

Visning

• RECOVERY

Elektronikken måler din puls nedadgående i 60 sekunder.

Med “DISTANCE” gemmes den aktuelle værdi og med

“KM/H” gemmes pulsværdien efter 60 sekunder.

Ved siden af “% puls” vises differencen mellem de to tal.

Deraf beregnes en fitnesskarakter (i eksemplet F 1.6).

Displayvisningen forsvinder efter 20 sekunder.

Med “RECOVERY” afbrydes hvilepuls-funktionen eller vis-

ningen af fitnesskarakteren.

Hvis der i starten eller slutningen af tilbagetælling af tiden

ikke registreres en puls, vises en fejlmelding.
