2. INSTALLATIE
2.1 Aansluiten op een FastMig-
lasapparaat
Om het wagensysteem aan te sluiten op de FastMig-
lasapparatuur:
1. Sluit de laskabel aan op de laspistoolaansluiting.
2. Sluit de stuurstroomkabel aan op de
aansluiting voor de afstandsbediening op de
draadaanvoerunit.
3. Sluit de stuurstroomkabel aan op de 7-pins
aansluiting op de transportunit.
4. Sluit de afstandsbediening aan op de 7-pins
aansluiting op het voorpaneel van de wagen.
Bij het mechanisatielaspistool van Kemppi is de
stuurstroomkabel verwerkt in de pistoolkabel. De
schakelaarmodus moet zijn ingesteld op 2T. Bij andere
laspistolen hebt u een aparte stuurstroomkabel nodig. De
bestelnummers vindt u achter in dit document.
Bij het gebruik van een handmatig laspistool dient u
de boog met de pistoolschakelaar te starten en stoppen
en de beweging van de wagen zoals gewoonlijk te starten
via de afstandsbediening. De schakelaarmodus moet zijn
ingesteld op 4T. Zie voor verdere instructies de FastMig-
gebruikshandleiding
Bij gebruik van een Supersnake:
1. Gebruik het mechanisatiemodel van Supersnake.
2. Zoals gebruikelijk aansluiten op de
draadaanvoerunit en de wagen met het laspistool
aansluiten op de Supersnake. Dit model wordt
geleverd met een buskoppeling waarmee u de
aansluiting kunt maken.
2.2 Aansluiten op een niet-FastMig-
lasapparaat
U hebt een transformator nodig (1 fase, 230 VAC) om
de wagen van stroom te voorzien. In deze conguratie
zijn de startknop en de afstelling van de lasspanning
en draadaanvoersnelheid niet toegankelijk via de
afstandsbediening.
Doe het volgende om verbinding te maken:
1. Sluit het laspistool aan op de draadaanvoerunit.
2. Bevestig het laspistool op de pistoolhouder op de
wagen.
3. Sluit de transformator aan op de wagen.
4. U kunt beginnen met lassen door op de
pistoolschakelaar te drukken.
