3. BEDIENING
3.1 Functiepaneel van de wagen

1. De beweging van de wagen wordt geregeld via
de tuimelschakelaar:
• Midden = stop de beweging van de wagen
• Rechts = beweging naar rechts
• Links = beweging naar links
2. Met de regelknop kunt u de snelheid van de
wagen instellen (cm/min.).
3. Zie het indicatielampje van de accu.
• Groen lampje = accu is in orde
• Rood knipperend lampje = accu is bijna leeg
(20% over)
• Rood lampje brandt onafgebroken = accu is
leeg en moet worden opgeladen
3.2 Lassen
Het laspistool positioneren:
1. De pistoolhoek instellen op duwen of trekken.
2. Focussen van het richtpunt.
3. Aanpassen van de verticale en horizontale positie
van het pistool.
De voorloopsnelheid selecteren:
• Met de regelknop kunt u de voorloopsnelheid
snelheid in cm/min. instellen.
Beginnen met lassen:
1. Controleer of het pistool is ingesteld op de
4T-schakelaarmodus.
2. Druk op de pistoolschakelaar om de boog te
ontsteken
3. Druk tegelijkertijd de tuimelschakelaar naar
rechts of links om de wagen in die richting te
laten bewegen.
4. Maak indien nodig jne afstellingen:
• Stel met de regelknop de voorloopsnelheid in.
• Op de draadaanvoerunit kunt u de
lasparameters aanpassen.
3.3 Snijden
Stel de snijsnelheid in aan de hand van:
• materiaaldikte
• afschuiningshoek
• snijpunt.
Ontsteek de snijbrander:
1. Stel de hoogte en de vlam af.
2. Verhit het staal voor.
3. Schakel de snijzuurstof in.
4. Start de wagen.
5. Stel met de regelknop de voorloopsnelheid jn
af.
