Puteti acum sa scufundati in amestec fructe, bezele sau fursecuri pentru a le acoperi cu
ciocolata topita.
CIOCOLATELE/BOMBOANE DE CIOCOLATA
Daca doriti sa preparati ciocolatele/bomboane de ciocolata, preparati ciocolata ca mai sus,
dar turnati-o in formele de silicon si apoi puneti formele in frigider pentru cateva ore.
Sfat: daca ati preparat fondue de ciocolata si v-a mai ramas ceva ciocolata topita turnati
restul in forme si veti obtine ciocolatele.
RETETE
Aparatul dumneavoastra poate fi folosit ca fondue de ciocolata, dar puteti folosi si alte
ingrediente. Retetele de mai jos pot sa va dea o idée la ce puteti folosi aparatul.
Reteta de fondue de ciocolata cu Grand Marnier sau Cointreau (optional)
Aceasta reteta poate fi folosita si fara Grand Marnier sau Cointreau, daca doriti.
Ingrediente
- 1/3 cana de frisca lichida
- 225g ciocolata, rasa
- 3 linguri Grand Marnier sau Cointreau (optional)
Preparare
Aduceti frisca lichida la fierbere intr-o craticioara la temperatura mare, apoi reduceti
temperatura. Adaugati ciocolata si o lingura de Grand Marnier sau Cointreau (optional).
Amestecati pana cand este omogen si indepartati de la flacara. Amestecati cantitatea
ramasa de Grand Marnier sau Cointreau. Cand amestecul este gata, turnati in vasul detasabil.
Aceasta reteta este ideala pentru banana, capsuni, fragi.
Caramel
Ingrediente
- caramel lichid
- apa
Preparare
Amestecati caramelul cu apa intr-o craticioara la flacara mica si turnati amestecul in vasul
detasabil. Caramelul curge natural daca este incalzit. Periodic mai turnati apa pentru a subtia
amestecul (approx. la fiecare 45 minute). Mai turnati caramel din cand in cand pentru a evita
crearea de bule de aer.

mere, pere, covrigei acoperiti cu ciocolata, fursecuri
Branza Nacho
Ingrediente
- pasta de branza nacho
- apa
Preparare
Puteti pune orice pasta de branza nacho pe care o gasiti in magazine.
Amestecati pasta de branza cu apa la foc mediu. Amestecati npana cand obtineti consistent
dorita si apoi turnati-o in vasul detasabil. Adaugati apa daca este necesar.
