a) Es gibt viele Gründe, dafür, dass die Reichweite gering erscheint 7.4.1 Reichweite S. DE-49.
Akkuschlüssel verlorenSchlüssel nachbestellen: Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die Schlüssel-Nummer auf dem Verkaufs- bzw. Kaufbeleg zu notieren. Mit dieser Nummer können
Sie bei Verlust einen Ersatzschlüssel nachbestellen.
1. Gehen Sie im Internet auf die Seite www.trelock.de.
2. Wählen Sie Ihre Sprache aus.
3. Wählen Sie den Punkt „Services“, dann den Unterpunkt „Ersatzschlüssel“ aus.
4. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen.
Sollten Sie die Schlüsselnummer nicht mehr besitzen, besteht nur noch die Möglichkeit, das Schloss auszubauen. Setzen Sie sich dafür mit Ihrem
Fachhändler in Verbindung.
Akku lässt sich nicht ladena) Zu hohe oder zu niedrige

a) Sie können den Akku bei Umgebungstemperaturen zwischen 0 °C und 40 °C laden.
b) Beschädigter Akku.
b) Beschädigte Akkus dürfen weder geladen noch anderweitig genutzt werden. Wenden Sie
sich an Ihren Fachhändler, ggf. muss der Akku ersetzt werden.
c) Ladegerät defekt.c) Lassen Sie Ihr Ladegerät vom Fachhändler prüfen, ggf. muss es ersetzt werden.
Akku ist beschädigtUnfall oder Sturz mit dem Pedelec oder
Akku ist heruntergefallen.
