(7) Kan geen gecodeerde zender bekijken.
- Controleer of u over de juiste Smartcard beschikt. Plaats de Smartcard opnieuw en controleer of de initialisatie
correct verloopt.
- Controleer in het menu of de tv de Smartcard detecteert.
- Controleer in het menu of u een geldig en werkend abonnement hebt op de kanalen die u wilt bekijken.
- Controleer of de Smartcard niet beschadigd is.
(8) Er wordt geen wachtwoordinformatie gegeven.
- De standaard pincode is altijd 0000.
(9) Het zoeken van kanalen werkt niet.
- Controleer of de kabel correct is aangesloten.
- Controleer of de antenne-instellingen in het menu juist zijn.
- Gebruik een geschikte antenne waarmee u in uw gebied VHF-, UHF- en satelliet kanalen kunt ontvangen.
(10) Kan de nieuwe software niet bijwerken.
- U kunt een update ophalen. Als de tv geen bericht toont waarin een update wordt aangevraagd, betekent dit
dat er geen software beschikbaar is.
(11) Kan geen betaalzenders bekijken.
- Controleer in het menu of u een geldig en werkend abonnement hebt op de kanalen die u wilt bekijken.
- Neem contact op met de netwerkbeheerder voor meer informatie.
