Kopjes voorverwarmen

U kunt de kopjes met heet water of stoom voorverwarmen. Hoe klei-

ner de koffiehoeveelheid is des te belangrijker is het voorverwarmen.

Suiker en room

Door het omroeren in het kopje verliest u warmte. Door de toevoe-

ging van melk of room uit de koelkast daalt de temperatuur van de

koffie aanzienlijk.
